Pathways to Graduation at City College, Manhattan
Rebecca Gerrard is a Scottish theatre-maker, performer and facilitator from a devised contemporary performance and live art background. In the past six years, Rebecca has been creating and performing new work for young audiences that has toured across Scotland and the USA for some of Scotland and NYC’s leading companies in TYA. Rebecca has over eight years experience creating and facilitating theater programs for young people aged pre-K-12 and adults, collaborating with each group to create original performances in schools, prisons, daycares, community centres and youth theatres. Since moving to NYC in 2016, Rebecca has created, developed and facilitated theater programs in public schools, daycares, juvenile detention centers, prisons and summer camps across the city for The Town Hall, Spellbound Theatre, Girl Be Heard, and The In Kind Project. She has also devised and performed for Spellbound at The New Victory Children’s Theatre, Symphony Space and Miami Theatre Centre and is making a new show for under 5’s in December 2018.
