Pam Hacker

Pam Hacker is Director, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), for Home Box Office, Inc., and is responsible for driving the company’s philanthropic, pro-social, employee and community engagement initiatives with a focus on education to identify and nurture the next generation of creative storytellers. She joined the team in May 2015.

Hacker supports the team to develop and define HBO’s corporate and social responsibility mission.  Her team is responsible for giving efforts with philanthropic partners, including non-profit organizations enhancing HBO’s presence within the communities in which the company does business and connecting the company’s philanthropy to the themes reflected in the network’s programming. Within HBO, her team also manages their pro-social campaigns, runs a Production Assistance Training Program and engages their employees in the company’s philanthropic endeavors through such programs as “youth mentoring,” non-profit volunteer activities, and community outreach efforts.

Prior to HBO, Pam was the Publicity Director, Community Outreach, at Sesame Street. Pam resides in New York City with her husband Gary, and their twin girls, Julia and Rebecca.
