This year Opening Act’s year-long theater programs at 50 public high schools culminate at YESfest, a weekend festival of original work. Our student-created and performed plays have taken on topics ranging from gentrification, history repeating itself, fear of outsiders, and secrets – and are always the highlight of our year!
