Sari Granat is Executive Vice President and General Counsel at IHS Markit, responsible for the company’s legal, compliance, regulatory and government affairs, enterprise risk and information security functions. Prior to joining Markit in 2012, Sari was Lead Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of TheMarkets.com LLC. She has served in senior legal and strategy positions at media and technology companies including Dow Jones & Company and Kaplan, Inc. Sari holds a B.A. in English from Yale University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
