Despite these tough times, what we can report is that students are showing up online each week to connect, create, and rehearse. They are safe, they are seen, and they are heard. We even have NYC Department of Education teachers opting in for theater games and warm-up exercises with their students. As long-term artists and educators, we know that improv makes people feel more comfortable and tolerant of uncertainty. Opening Act has the talent and the know-how to face this situation.
