On April 2nd, our students’ stories lit up the stage at IN THEIR OWN WORDS, our 13th Annual Play Reading Gala. Join us in May for YESfest 2019 where Opening Act students attending 56 schools across NYC will converge for our annual festival of new plays!
Serving as the culmination of our year-long theater programming, Opening Act students create and perform plays #InTheirOwnWords, exploring topics and themes important to them. Support our students as they take center stage and tell their stories!
