Andrea Ang is a Singaporean actress, theater-maker, puppeteer and teaching artist based in NYC. She is a graduate of SITI Company’s Conservatory where she trained in the Suzuki Method of Actor Training and Viewpoints. Her recent theatre and puppetry credits include Insomnia (Shellscrape Theatre Company), Adam and Evie (SITI Company), The Untitled Atomic Bomb Project (Punch Kamikaze), Water, Four Seasons (Drama of Works).

In Singapore, she has worked with contemporary company Cake Theatrical Productions on a number of projects including Versus (for the Singapore International Festival of the Arts), Temple Reconstructed and One Day In This Place. She was a member of In A Decade, Cake’s program for emerging theatre artists. As an educator, Andrea has taught drama in after-school programs in Singapore, writing for and directing youths in competitions like the Singapore Youth Festival.
